He is not recommending that you manipulate your hands. He is giving you the overall explanation of what different shots FEEL like. I dig it. It has helped me.

But, since? so many people are on the negative, I would say this; If someone doesn't understand how to release the club at impact like he advices, showing the same people how to do it with a tennis racket doesn't help at all. If this isnt done at golf, the same person will rarely do it in other similar sports with similar release.
